Subway - Florence

It is always a good experience in the shop, wonderful customer service and delicious food. But sadly the online ordering is kind of lacking. They get the order right but never seem to toast it as requested. All in all a solid choice

Extremely disappointed!! I worked at Subway for 4 years and one thing I know is they put a chart sheet about how much to give in the sandwiches per size. I placed an online order and unfortunately did not check my order before I left. I have multiple issues. First off the sandwiches were loose in the bag!! Second off my sandwich had barely any meat at all!! Having worked at Subway for 4 years I know this is NOT even close to the portions I paid for!! Third. I asked for extra tomatoes and I got 3 total tomatoes on my footlong. Fourth!! They didn't even give me my cookies so I had to go back for them.. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be coming back to this location, instead I'll drive 15 minutes to the Walmart location because at least I can trust them to give me the portions I ask and pay for. DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ONLINE ORDERS FROM THIS LOCATION!
