Subway - Florence

The staff at this location is amazing. Whenever I visit, they're consistently friendly and enjoyable to be with. This is my favorite Subway!

I visited this restaurant with a colleague, and I was truly impressed by the staff's patience and kindness while we placed our order. They were absolutely fantastic! Even though we took our time, they never showed an ounce of frustration and remained pleasant and helpful throughout. They addressed everyone with equal respect, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. I have never had such a positive experience in similar situations before. I wish I could remember the names of the employees, but unfortunately, I can’t. I do recall that our visit was around 11 a.m. on July 31, 2021. They definitely deserve recognition for their exceptional service.

The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The staff members were friendly and pleasant. I noticed that the employees were African American, and as a Caucasian, I believe that we are all siblings in the eyes of God. They truly deserve a raise for their excellent service.

It was a good experience. Some subways are better than others, this one is an older store with a fantastic location in the very shadow of The University of North Alabama. But, though it could use an update, the food and service were both really good.
