Wendy's - Florence

The atmosphere was friendly and social, with fast service and fresh food. What a delightful surprise! The staff were spot-on in their service.

I didn't expect their Apple Pecan Salad to be so good, but I was completely mistaken! It's absolutely delicious! In fact, I'm having one for dinner tonight!

I visited the Wendy’s on Evans St. and had a frustrating experience. I waited over 20 minutes just to place my order, even though there were only three people ahead of me. I noticed the manager putting cooked fries back into the fryer to warm them up, which was off-putting. Additionally, the tables were dirty. So, I decided to leave and went to the Wendy’s near my house on E Palmetto St. What a difference! The cashier was friendly, and they were preparing fresh, hot fries. I was very pleased with both the customer service and the food there.
