He was very polite and took the stress out of my order. I recommend the 6823 Parker Road location for all needs of your delicious Imo!
I've ordered from imo's for years moved a couple of months ago so I've ordered twice from the blackjack imo's. I want to give a shout out to this store, food has been amazing. Fresh, hot,order correct, fast delivery, friendly employees. Thank you to the entire staff. ??
Just left this imps to order me some pizza and wings on my lunch . The cashier took my order and told me 15 to 20 mins come back 15 mins later my food is not even made yet : the cashier says something to the manager he was very rude too me . I asked could it be delivered he said it would be a fee , I said ok I will pay the fee and he just refund me my money : I do not like the service I receive and will never go back again . As I was walking away he was talking smack . I should have spit in his fave because he was very rude .
I ordered a pizza Saturday 6-18 and was told the pizza would be 45 mins to a hour. 2 hours later still no pizza. I called and was told the driver canceled the delivery but they couldn 't tell me why. Now in order to get another pizza I would have to pay for it but the 1ST PIZZA WON 'T BE REFUNDED TO MY CARD FOR FOR 3 DAYS!!.So I went in today and spoke with the store manager Joe who was VERY Unprofessional. I told him the way the problem was handled was horrible and his response to me was PEOPLE ALWAYS TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE ! Coming from a white man talking to a black man can be taking many different ways.I was offended as if I was trying to beat Imos out of a $27 pizza. I will be reaching out to corporate about this!! I DON 'T DO REVIEWS BUT FELT OBLIGATED TO PUT THIS OUT SEEING THAT JOE FEEL LIKE WE ALWAYS WANT SOMETHING FOR FREE!!!
So last night on 6/27 I ordered a medium pizza (half cheese, half hamburger)chicken strips and a half chef salad (with only turkey and chicken) and was told it would take 20-25 minutes by the young lady who took my order. I arrived maybe 15 minutes early to pay for my order. It took over an hour to receive my food. I was given a cold pizza, salad with no dressing, and no chicken strips at all and a bag with a note that read, happy pride with a smiley face on it. I went back in and asked for the managers and their names. The man said I?m Nick and I am the manager. I introduced myself and told him I would be contacting corporate about the note written on my bag and his inability to effectively run a business. He told me that he did not care I could call whoever I wanted to call. I also asked why I had to wait over an hour and still had not received my chicken strips. He argued that they were very busy, short staffed, and that he had already given my refund for my items to another young man in the restaurant whom I did not know and said I?m not about to play this game with you. I do not know the man!! I told him that he and the entire team should be fired. The employees have poor customer service because he does it starts at the top with leadership and left. He apologized but it was already too late. I emailed Imo?s headquarters last night but no call back today so here?s my review, I normally don?t do this but it?s needed. I do not recommend this Imo?s restaurant until the staff is changed.
