Mcalister's Deli - Florissant

Always a positive experience here. I often have pickups for door sills here and they are always ready or just finished with the order. I am grateful because my time as a Binder is money and several companies in the area do not have ready for sometimes 10-30mins and demand that a Binder comes, and then we are basically not paid to wait time so that I?m thankful they have it here together. Bathroom is always clean. I also eat here myself and met here for lunch with friends and the food is always great and atmosphere is always calm, relaxed and calm feeling! Never an attitude from any staff and this is hard to find in this area!

Outside matches the inside. Poor service, restroom no soap. 2 employees and no greeting stood there of about 7 minutes. I took my money to Panera across the street.

I ordered online, my order was supposed to be ready at 3:38. I arrived at 3:40 and still had to wait for them to make my order. From what I could tell, they never paid attention to they're online orders. Not sure if I'll give them another chance.

I had the Reuben and mustard potatoes salad. The Reuben was refrigerator temp, the potato salad was ok. Disappointed!

After a 45 minute wait, you tell me this is what I get?? One thin piece of turkey?? This is completely ridiculous, and after waiting on hold for another 15 minutes is was told ?well that?s what it is? You all really need to relook at customer service
