Bidra med feedbackBeen here twice. The first time was a weekday. They were 30+ min late opening. Say me and other customers coming to the door, they were just looking at us like we were wrong. Finally someone actually said they were running late. Today, I tried to give them another shot, guess what, there?s a note on door says will open at 11:30. I give up on this place. Sad because I heard the food is good. Update: so I ran some errands came back , it?s 11:52 still not open, note is removed, door is locked. Another lady waiting in her car said they only doing online orders until 12. They could have put that on that ?door note?. Signed: Highly hangry
Just read some of the post to see if my experience was just one of those days. Well, it was one of those days as stated in previous post. My first visit and last time. I never got to order they were to focused on online orders. Myself and others stood in line waiting to order for 15 minutes without anyone working acknowledging anyone. They never stated a wait time are look up. They just kept pulling online tickets throwing together, bagging and stapling shut. The girl ? literally throw the food together the guy with his mask pulled down bagged and stapled. All someone had to do was say it's going to be a ...... wait. I would have been able to make an intelligent decision. Difference, I left went to sub shop immediately greeted and informed it was a 15 minute wait. I said cool paid and got order with free soda for wait in 17 minutes,cool. What's so hard QDOBA that you can't do this. YOU WILL NOT BE OPEN MUCH LONGER AND IF THIS IS YOUR BEST WORK YOU PROBABLY GET TO SEE WHATS IT LIKE STANDING IN LINE AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGE YOU AT THE EMPLOYMENT OFFICE. They literally gave me slop... I ordered via Uber Eats and chose the Nachos with chips on the side. The picture shows what I got...with chips on the side. Just trash. I tried to call and let a manager know but their phone has stayed busy. Hence, this review. I tried to give them another chance after destroying my order last year, but this takes the cake. $21 total for this nastiness. No more...
So disappointing to not get what I ordered. I ordered the family sized Bowls and tacos meal and they took it upon themselves to give me the family nachos. Even though my ticket had exactly what I ordered they decided to give us what they wanted us to have. There are clearly no tortillas for our tacos or beans for our bowls. And it 's very inconvenient to arrive and see a sign on the door online orders only . I could handle a sign letting us know you 're short staffed and an apology for the inconvenience a little better. A Customer relations in-service is definitely needed at this location. One star given because the food tasted good.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took an astonishing 80 minutes for our order to be completed, and when we finally received it, most of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Everything was cold, most of the burritos were missing ingredients we had specifically ordered, and despite paying an extra $4 for additional protein, it was nowhere to be found. Overall, this place is a letdown, and it seems like the management has no interest in ensuring quality standards are met.
