Simply Thai - Florissant

Yes, they are open and I am so glad they are back. They just moved to the Paddock Hills Plaza Shopping Center, by the big post office on Lindbergh! I finally got back to them earlier this week, and, as always, the food is fantastic. The new place looks great, and everything was clean and bright. I don’t know the proper name for what I had, but it was glass noodles with vegetables and chicken, and it was not spicy, which is just how I wanted it. It was great. My friend had the red curry with beef, which came out beautifully plated, and he said it was really spicy and really good. The vegetables in both dishes were crispy, but not overly crispy, and the meats were tender. Everything was super fresh! Oh, I also got the Thai iced tea, which is always excellent.

I enjoyed going to this place. They have great Thai food. I enjoy their curry dishes. Reasonably priced, and friendly owner. Thai owned business!!!

When we moved here 2 years ago and found this place it was great. But it has really gone down hill this year. The last 2 times the pad thai has had a burnt taste to it. The food itself wasnt burnt it just tasted like something had been burned in a pan prior to cooking and they just scraped it out and kept using the pan with burnt food on the bottom of it. This time I actually had some really hard black flecks in my pad thai. Guess its time to find another thai place.

Perhaps the worst Thai food I’ve eaten, and I’ve eaten a lot. St Louis thinks this is good? Wow. Not gonna even give it to my dog.

I LOVE how they use fresh spices in delicious entrees (and appetizers! that are prepared by an authentic chef! The food is presented so elegantly. This is my FAVORITE Asian food in St. Louis, MO! FABULOUS Customer Service with a Smile; every time I take someone to this place, they become addicted to this fusion. I don't blame them, this Thai food ROCKS!!!!!
