Ihop - Flowood

I wanted to take my wife out for an ihop breakfast. I checked the hours of operation and they are supposed to be open at 6am. We arrived at 6:10am and I saw a young lady inside, but the doors were locked and she disappeared to the back when we knocked.We left and came back an hour later, saw some additional vehicles but the doors were still locked and no one on the inside would even acknowledge us.TERRIBLY DISSATISFIED with the level of service. Someone could have at least come to the door to let us know when they will be open.

One of the worst experiences I've had. We were sat and it took 20 mins to get our drinks. We ordered and after 15 mins he came back to say they were out of turkey for my sandwich. By the time we got our food the crepes were cold and unappetizing. When we complained we were told that's how they are supposed to be and the manager seemed reluctant to remove from our bill even though we didn't eat it. They got the check wrong 3 times and even tried to charge us for the turkey sandwich we never received. This was my first and last time eating here.

I went on august 6 2023 and the customer service was amazing the long wait still in effect but over all i loved the food and the steak and broccoli was amazing

Food was good.. Service was slow...Had the senior sampler, by accident.. Ordered from the regular menu.. Even put my finger on it when ordering... Waitress put in for senior sampler. It turned out to be ok and saved 4$. Turned out to be Just enough food.. Atmosphere was laidback casual..

It’s really disappointing. I didn’t consider reading reviews until after I arrived and was asked to wait 2 minutes, and 2 minutes became a half an hour. No one even acknowledged that I was still waiting. It’s in a very nice area with a ton of potential, but the service wasn’t there by a long shot. I want to assume it was due to short staffing, but we servers were standing in front of me talking to each other. Just moving into the area, there are some great spots to eat, and iHop is definitely one of them for breakfast or late evening pancakes…. Just not this one
