Waffle House - Flowood

The atmosphere here is generally calm, and the cleanliness is on par with what you would expect from a waffle house. I found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful during my visits.

The customer service was excellent, and the food came out quickly. My coffee was always full, and I experienced one of the most delightful visits to a Waffle House I've ever had.

Almost every table was dirty, and I had to ask for service just to get the staff to notice my friends and me. I had already been overlooked by a waiter. My food was burnt, and they didn’t even bring me the correct dish. The manager was visibly present but seemed distracted, as he was on his phone the entire time. The entire staff appeared overwhelmed and frustrated. I believe the manager's lack of attention to his team's needs was part of the problem. I won’t be returning.

Standing at the door, waiting for space, no one ever recognized us. The empty cabins were not cleaned. Once we found a place, we waited. When our order was finally placed, they brought the waffles and we waited another 20 minutes for the casting, sausage and eggs. We're done with the Waffle House. We would have gotten a better service at McDonald's Drive thru.

The staff was great.. i ordered over easy eggs but received scrambled... I ordered applebutter but didn't receive any
