A favorite place for me. I've been coming for years. Excellent portions. Reliable prices. Great tasting bbq. The pages are not sure why.

Fantastic! I got the family special comes with two 1/2 chickens, full rack of ribs, 3 secondary dishes of your choice, but she ran out of a lot of secondary dishes, so I got double Mac n cheese and beans baked. Both the chicken and the ribs were delicate and juicy perfectly cooked. The staff was great and did a great job to make sure that the line moved and every order was right. I recommend Homeboy BBQ!

We arrived at the restaurant later than expected and unfortunately they had run out of their main dishes, a testament to how popular this place is! Instead of turning us away, the owner kindly invited us in and offered us complimentary appetizers. The food was delicious and the staff were genuine, you really can't ask for more!

This restaurant only accepts cash, which may be inconvenient for some customers passing through the city. However, it offers a wonderful experience with large portions and affordable prices. The BBQ here is some of the best I have ever had. While the space is limited, most customers opt for takeout. The staff is personable and friendly, even addressing some regulars by their first names. I highly recommend not only trying the food here, but also experiencing a traditional BBQ dining experience.

I live about an hour one way gladly travel it for the BEST BBQ, no matter how busy there are I never had to wait more then 5-10 minutes for my order to be completed, there prices are very reasonable. I just wish I could give more then 5 stars.
