We always experience excellent customer service when my wife and I visit this restaurant. We've never had any issues. The only time they didn't have the bread we wanted, they offered us a discount since it was unexpected.
I visited this Subway because they are one of the few locations that offer a seafood selection. After placing my order, I was offered soup, and the broccoli and cheddar soup was one of the options for the day. Because of health concerns, I asked the server whether the broccoli was fresh or frozen, but she rudely responded that they don’t make the soup fresh every day and that it comes to them frozen. I was taken aback by her attitude; she made me feel foolish for asking a simple question. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, she could have just said, "I'm not sure, but it arrives frozen." I decided to cancel my sandwich order and went to Weiss instead. I am very disappointed with the service here. The other Subway location closer to me has excellent customer service. I will be reaching out to management about this experience.
This place is filty I looks like the employees don't clean between sales. They make your sandwich on top of the filt. They give you an attitude when you ask them to get fresh veggies. They should keep in mind that customers like me are the one whokeeps the business running and their jobs. The owner should be there supervising and making sure that health standards arepracticed at ALL TIMES.
Not sure what the hours are of the subway in Fogelsville, but every time I stop they are closed. Today is Sunday 4:30 PM the open sign is on but the doors are locked and it is dark inside. There were three people waiting outside to go in to getsandwiches and the doors were locked. Very in consistent for a business apparently you do not want to make money you wanna makeyour own hours and come and go when you please. Will not try this place again
