I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the customer service provided by the night manager, Maurice. I encountered a small issue with my order and called him to discuss it. He was incredibly understanding and took the time to remake my order. His kindness and attentiveness made a real difference. I'm so glad we live close to this location!
The restaurant was clean, and our mobile order was ready right on time. The food was good, but since it's fast food, most KFCs offer a similar experience.
Terrible never have any thighs. I?m here again and they don?t have any thighs. Called ahead. Then asked for wings the first person said they had 21 and then put me on hold a man came back and asked if he could help me and I asked for 8 wings and hesaid they didn?t have any. I told him what the other lady said And he he said ok. Went through the drive through to pick upwaited 10 minutes
Ordered a 16pc meal. Missing a side and they didn't give us any biscuits! Teenager working was rude and said they had no white meat at 9:10pm? Tried to call and no answer. Chicken was hard and old. Lady at drive through was rude. We will not be back.Horrible waste of $50!
