Auntie Anne's - Folsom

The preparation time for my order was excessively long, and the Dasher ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. This would have been acceptable if the food had been perfect, but unfortunately, it wasn't. The Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets were uneven in size, and some portions were burned. The Original Pretzel was disappointingly thin and almost emaciated. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

I’m not sure what would make anyone think it’s acceptable to serve Mini Pretzel Dogs that are completely charred on both sides. I ordered these for my 2-year-old, and she wouldn’t touch them. They were just way too burnt. Please do better next time.

I didn’t receive all the items I ordered. I ordered two cheese dips but didn’t get them, which is a big disappointment since they’re the main reason I wanted the pretzels.
