Lake Natoma Inn - Folsom

I travel a lot and one of my favorite hotels without spending a poor and a bit in this city is this hotel. pure room and since I am an enthusiastic mica, the pool is a must for me. the staff here was always so nice to me. great smile and kind greet. I also like the location here, because if I rent a car, I can access many places and still be close to this hotel. also, many eat places around, without going very far. I would recommend this place

I had an amazing experience at Lake Natoma Inn. Those are actual pictures of our room. As you can see it is well appointed and clean. But the thing that set this day off from all others was the bartender I got way too tipsy to remember his name but that bartender was the most entertaining and attentive host I have ever spent an evening with. I highly recommend the food and the ambiance and an evening with that incredible group of people even if you're not staying at the night. It is a lovely facility, but there are thousands of those all over California. What is rare is a staff that actually cares and makes you feel welcome. Every staff person we interacted with was a pleasure to meet from the desk to housekeeping. But did I mention the bartender?

This hotel is old. Staff was fine. No masks to be found and no enforcement. Room was old. Carpet was very stained. Lots of ants by the window and AC unit. Not enough plugs. Heater came out cold. Hallways out of elevator make me feel like I’m in Alice in Wonderland. Overall, a substandard to mediocre experience at best.

This hotel seemed very vacation friendly! Although my visit there was during a business trip. I only saw the banquet room we had our class in for 4 days in December 2021. However the atmosphere seemed accommodating and cozy. The lobby, and the staff all seemed very friendly and welcoming. There are little stores and different businesses located on the rim of the parking area.This hotel struck me as a snow resort type feel. With its wood structure and mountain scape surroundings, it’s certainly a place I’d consider lodging at if I were vacationing with my family.Folsom is a very lovely town. I never knew it was so nice. Within walking distance from the Lake Natoma Inn, there’s a cute little town with boutiques, pubs, eateries, gift shops, a couple tattoo parlors, bars and all… There was area where kids can enjoy for travelers or locals. Looked like it was decorated for Christmas with a place for holiday photos. Tiny lights lit up the entire little town at night.Definitely a great place to stop in at.Folsom, Ca. is a great little town to visit if your traveling through.

Very quaint, fantastic people its location cannot be beat. It is a bit old has problems in the room; noisy fridge that we unplugged shower that didn't work properly. I'm quite tired of hotels that don't provide full service citing COVID concerns yet charge full price...
