Applebee's Grill - Fond du Lac

I made her take my wife to birthday dinner. with 4 others, had a great time, not only the most ingenious, but the bartender and the personal rocked in this night. I and my wife's friends had a great time and went back to my birthday. do not listen to the reviews they are not exactly the whole time. they see themselves. every time you roll cheeseburger eier, never stop selling them, great job youngs.

My original review was quite negative, as the food was poorly prepared and arrived cold. However, we decided to give the restaurant another chance since we had a gift card. This time, we opted for the boneless wings, which turned out to be a great decision. The food was excellent—hot and fresh. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The personal gets a 4 stars because they were very nice, but the eating is a 2 stars. ordered to go/cross and it was more than a 1/2 hour waiting after the booked pickup time. burger lacked items, cold pommes, salat had wrong dressing and lacked the extra dress I paid. while they waited, they gave me a free limo and I also bought a 6.50 drink. platz was about 50% full, much personal, but everything seemed extremely disorganized. overall not sure it was worth the 40.00 tab.

I wasn't in a bed with applebees and I went on Friday. we sat right away. our server was really polite and friendly. my man ordered everything you can eat fish roast and I ordered a 9oz steak. I asked for very good. it didn't take long. she asked me if he wanted 3 more immediately and he said yes. my steak was still quite pink and she took it to be cooked even more. she took my whole plate and I sat without eating. When she came back, it was good. we sat there for 20 minutes and still no fish. I asked her about it and she said it had been delivered to the wrong table and she had to reorder it. my man asked if he could get six immediately and she's agreed. She was so polite, but she worked so hard and nobody helped her. She went back and forth between us all and we felt so bad and still treated her with respect. I saw the manager (woman in the purple button-up shirt) coming out twice and never said anything to us about the bad service we received. the young lady took the half for the steak and I think the fish. we did not ask her, but we were glad that she realized how bad the experience was for us.

We've come here again and again hoping for different results each time we come we are always disappointed. Yesterday I actually had bendable tortilla chips that were dripping in grease the manager was nice and removed it from our bill our guacamole look like was baked it was a lovely shade of brown. On the bright side the beer and drinks were cold and the wings were good. I can honestly say I don't think we'll be going back.
