Dunkin' - Fond du Lac

They gave a chocolate donut with sprinkles even though I asked for no sprinkles. I should have checked the box before I left the drive thru.

Went from a 5 star to a 3 star in 11 months. Couldn 't get anything we wanted yesterday. They were too busy to make sandwiches and ran out of donuts. Today it was an effort to make a box of a dozen and then he just threw them in there..sideways and all. Jelly filled munchkins had very very little jelly. Wasn 't even worth a pic of those. Not even as much flavor on the strawberry ones like in the past.. .and those are everyone 's favorite in the house. Saddened by the decline

Constantly get rid of favorite items. Always out of something. Boston creme donuts have almost no creme filling. They throw the donuts in one bag with nothing to separate them from getting frosting all over everything.

Ethan was working today by his self and it was busy! He did an amazing job! He was killing it! Thanks for the great service even under pressure! You rock!

Floors and every table were extremely dirty. Inside and outside garbage cans were overflowing. Not sure the last time it was cleaned.
