Hardee's - Fond du Lac

Waited behind the car at the pickup window for 20 minutes while they talked through the drive thru window passing a cell phone back and forth from car in front of me to the employee about 10 times. The car in front of me never even got food. It sure what they were talking about but it was very unprofessional. Then when we did finally get up to the window, no apology for waiting, no explanation of what was going on. Nothing , both the guy and girl in the window were extremely rude!

Takes a little longer to get your food but it's definitely worth the wait.

The Biscuits are the absolute best at this location.

Honestly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

Always clean, always kind counter and drive thru service. Prices I bit high but no different than other places. Big Hot ham. Yummy has rounds and oj.
