I ordered my food half an hour before I came there and I went to my command they said it was not ready and they had 10 workers and so many people came and ordered and got it before I did, and I waited half an hour to get my food I was very disappointed today
Excellent customer service! The young lady with the lovely eyelashes behind the counter has extraordinary customer service skills! Pray the manager sees this as she is an asset to your business. With a long line rude customers, she handles herslef very well, was fast efficient, held her composure well spoken down to, and STILL smiled for the next customer....... Thank you young lady as these days I feel like true customer service has died. God bless you for who you are and I thank you for sharing your glowing smile! I will be sure to return here whenever in the area!!!
The customer service offered by the young bilingual lady behind the counter was inspiring. Her cool, calm presence in such a busy environment was something to witness! The food is consistent and good. The lobby could be far better maintained. But I had a great experience because of this impressive team member.
