Mcdonald's - Fond du Lac

Some foreign object in my eggs! Manager didn't care. Said he couldn't do anything about it. GROSS!

We have been traveling for quite a few months and frequently stop at McDonald's. We have been extremely disappointed with many that we have visited but this one was outstanding. Prompt, courteous and clean! Way to go!!!

It appears that the workers are not interested in their jobs. They expect everything to be self-serve, which is unacceptable. The food is often served cold or incorrect.

Our experience at the drive-thru was terrible. It completely ruined our evening and no one working there seemed to be concerned. We waited for 20 minutes for our food while other cars kept passing us. Our order was missing items and the employee serving us was clueless and didn't even know what we were supposed to receive. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant was very helpful and friendly, unlike the one on Military road.
