L'Aveyronnais - Fontainebleau

Excellent traditional cuisine, impeccable hygiene, reasonable prices and for me always a good welcome. No sloppy, authentic. The foie gras is perfect, I often go back to it for ham-endives and dauphinois gratin, excellent chocolate and orange cake, a choice of very good sauce dishes. There's even chocolate dessert like we don't.

What would Fontainebleau do without the Aveyronnais? Cooked dishes with greed and know-how, fresh and delicious products, and especially a warm welcome that always makes us leave this shop a smile on the lips! We'll go back with pleasure!

An indispensable address in Fontainebleau. This is a business that gives you a smile in these difficult times... A kitchen with a singular finesse and always adapted to the seasons. Of course the famous Aveyronnais aligot remains faithful all year round. Always there to warm your heart on market days. And besides eating a kitchen as it has become rare to find on Fontainebleau, you will be welcomed by a charming lady always smiling even through the mask. This one always has a word to make you laugh. I strongly advise.
