El Pollo Loco - Fontana

This was the best food I have ever ate since I have been california I am from louisiana and we know the taste of and we also know if it has the right season right taste omg you will always have me as regular costume . thank you delicious food .

Good food, but very SLOWW. to go my order. You make the ride first and go to the last. 7 plus staff have 1 checkout for a walk.

Food was great, but they never seem to understand when you ask for hot sauce you are not asking for that tomato purée they have. Other than that I would give a five star, but this happens every time.

Finally a day I go to Pollo Loco that my order was not made incorrectly. Only because my wife loves this place regardless of the errors. Food is always delicious.

I just pulled up and they?re closed (indoor and drive thru). It is now 8:22. They have a sign on the door that says they close at 10pm, and google also shows that this location closes at 10pm. This the second time I come to this location and they are closed earlier than what their posted hours say. I feel like this location needs to work on their messaging of the hours. I understand if updating your hours online may take a few days to update, but don?t have a sign on your door that completely contradicts with your ?hours?. My rating only pertains to this negative experience that I have now experienced twice, only at this location. I should also mention that as I?m sitting in the parking lot, writing this, others have pulled up thinking this place is still open. Please stop closing earlier than what your posted hours say.
