Starbucks - Foothill Ranch

A young guy, named Iman, is doing great job there. I hadn't had good experience with this branch before but this guy made me to change my mind and come back again. Thank you Iman, you will shine like a star in the market with this high level of customer service, good luck.

Nice Starbucks here inside the Target located at Foothill Ranch. Looked clean outside. It was a bit messy inside on the counter where they prepared our drinks, but I’m assuming that’s to be expected.Great customer service, the guy was upbeat, funny, and welcoming. Quick taking our orders.The drinks were done quickly. 2 hot White Chocolate Mochas with 1 less pump of mocha. Delicious.

The americano and the capacinno has no change, so the staff are not trained to do the capacinno.

I 've been a patron here for six years, primarily due to its convenient location. However, the service can be inconsistent. While I 'm all for tipping, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Today, I ordered four tomato mozzarella paninis and one impossible breakfast sandwich. Despite the baristas greeting many customers with a good morning, I wasn 't acknowledged, likely due to my ethnicity. It 's become somewhat of an expectation here, so I tend to overlook it. After a fifteen-minute wait, I approached the counter to find a bag containing the four paninis, but no tag. The lady distributing drinks didn 't acknowledge me and handed the bag to another employee, mentioning the missing sticker. Five minutes later, another employee handed me my order, but the additional sandwich wasn 't included. It was mixed up with other orders. It 's frustrating to provide a name and then not have the order executed correctly. I understand mornings can be busy, but my order sat there for fifteen minutes without any attention or acknowledgment. I 've experienced better service at Coffee Bean than Starbucks.

This Sturbacks is not offering decaffeinated coffee, workers told me that it is not so demanding, so they prefer not to make it .Decaffeinated drinkers are all screwed. On this location, they have to buy decaffeinated American coffee, that cost 4 dollars and is not refilled privileges .So sad !!!!Parking: Easy parking
