Wendy's - Forest

The ladies' restroom was out of both soap and paper towels. I didn't see any female employees at the time, so maybe the males just didn't want to go in there to clean restock. The roach or whatever poison granules all the way around the window sills, door frames, foundation, etc. is a little off-putting; although, I didn't see any roaches, so maybe it works. Food was NOT HOT Burger fries and nuggets were barely warm. We tried to eat the burger and was turned off but not the cold fries and we gave the nuggets to the dogs. Didn't feel like turning around or dealing with their vibes we saw with other staff interactions I checked to make sure they gave us the right sauce I guess I should have checked the temperature of the food‍ Service: Take out

The managers are very rude. One of her worker’s tried telling how to speak to customers as to let them know the process according to the computers she was still being very nasty I was too hungry to leave to the lady at the drive thru you need a promotion you’re very kind Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The restaurant offered a clean environment and friendly service. The lovely, very pregnant server at the counter was both welcoming and quick with our order. She then stepped out to tidy up the dining area. After spending the past two days traveling and dining at messy or poorly staffed fast food places, this experience was a refreshing change. We were truly impressed. Thank you!
