Bidra med feedbackA friend and I went there for dinner one night purely because my friend had seen the place when he had been driving past so many times and he loves Indian food. We were first struck with the lovely decor of the restaurant and the warm welcome we received. All I can say about the food is that it was some of the best Indian food I've eaten in Brisbane I think. We both loved the dishes we ordered and will definitely be coming back again and as it's reasonably close to home ordering take away as well.A real surprise to see such a good Indian restaurant in the suburbs and reasonably priced as well.
Why has it taken me so long to find this place. Noticed it while driving past. Very impressed with this small restaurant located in a quite lane in Acacia Ridge. Clean and tidy. Good food and service. Reasonably priced and BYO. I will return.
Only problem was, we had to wait for a while after the order - at least 30minutes. Some people who came after us served first. We came to know that before they came they have ordered the food over phone before dine-in. Make sure next time u do that. Food quality is very good. Naan were cooked for perfection. Ordered LambMadras-Less meat and too much thick gravy but taste good. LambBiriyani: Excellent. Seekhebab
The Best Indian Restaurant in Brisbane. Authentic South Indian Cuisine served here. Love the consistency in dishes. A definite recommend for South Indian foodies!!!
This has to be one of the worst Indian Restaurants outside of India! We ordered Dosas and Uthappam the sambar with Masala dosa was ice cold, which had to be re heated. And the Sambar with Doas was not sambar at all it was like a thick gravy. And the menu mentioned that in Onion Utappam, there are vegeratbgles in addition to the onions. But there were only onions. And the waiting staff was indifferent when we pointed out to these facts to them them. There was no response or any kind of apology from them. Should have taken photos, but missed it. A review of 1 is generous considering how bad the experience was.
