Everything Irie Jamaican - Forest Park

I went on a Sunday, I ordered jerk wings and oxtail and regret it. It's like they reheated the food from the previous day, the wings were wrinkled and old tasted bad even with the jerk sauce and the oxtail was meh! They have a high rating so I didn't expect the food to be mid but it was. I spent close to 40 bucks and was excited for the flavors but they just didn't deliver, I would not recommend

This place used to be my go to place for Jamaican food, until today. As I was eating, I almost bit into some sort of bug/worm ??. I'm never stepping foot into this nasty place ever again!

The ox tail with side dishes was delicious. I couldn't resist and ate two of the ox tails before I remembered to snap a picture, so not all of them are shown in the photo.

Absolutely delicious Jamaican food! The dishes are fantastic, the sauces are spicy, and the lady at the front is wonderful!

This place has great tasting ox tails. But I need a grown mans portion. For $35 I want to be full. I ordered the large oxtails with rice and cabbage. I had way more cabbage than meat. After all of the bone and fat I think I had an amount of meat that was equal to a hotdog. For $35 I at least expected a drink and some plantains. Only 6 oxtails on a large serving. Their small serving might come in a French fry box. I've paid less for a whole lobster meal at a 5 star restaurant. These people obviously season their food with diamonds and gold. Also the lady answering the phone doesn't take your order or even listen well. Why is she there?
