Bidra med feedbackI've never written a review for Starbucks regarding their drinks or food, but I can definitely comment on the service and how the employees treat their customers. The service at this particular Starbucks is excellent. I really appreciate how the staff interacts with everyone. This location has quickly become one of my favorites. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
I just had a medium black coffee, and I was quite pleased with my experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. For a takeout meal, I found the price to be reasonable, around $1–10. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.
I love this location. Drinks are fantastic. The employees are very nice. Never had a problem picking up my mobile order here. It can can get very busy but it’s expected because so many people come here during peak hours. Overall a great Starbucks location and the baristas make such great drinks. I get it, online orders are a priority, it’s like Fast Pass at an amusement park but to walk in and stand at the counter for several minutes with three employees behind the counter and not be greeted or acknowledged in any way? I’m out, Starbucks do better Service: 1
Father’s Day: I’m a close to daily customer of this location. I work 6 days a week so mobile orders are my speedy way of getting my coffee fix. I order the same exact thing every time and they do a pretty good job at making it taste consistent. This will be my last visit at this location. My order has gone missing a handful of times but it’s usually been promptly handled when addressed. I’m not upset, i know it happens and it’s sometimes out of their control. However The way the lead handled it today was not professional or helpful and is not the fault of the customer. The stress may have been too overwhelming which may have lead them to snap directly at me. I ordered my items at 9:03 and finally got the two items right before 10am. Although I’m not one to develop relationships in this place of business i shouldn’t feel unappreciated or disposable especially since i’m there almost every single day. oh well!
