After a first experiment rather bof order via the site) meets with the team on site, the manager is very attentive to the feedback of his clientele, new order to take away, finally the problem came more from the site than the staff! Like what, nothing is worth human contact to make a real opinion. Thanks to the manager for his commercial gesture, so I'll tell him soon!
