Estaleiro Bar is by far the best known bar in Ilhabela, and that's mostly because it's one of the few good bars on the whole island. On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays you will find a mix of locals and tourists, live music and a great selections of drinks and tapas to chose from. The place itself is over a 100 years old and decorated with local art, written poetry and lyrics on the walls and an outside patio with tables and chairs. Every night that it opens, the music style changes, with bands playing blues, traditional Brazilian folk music (aka Forró , surf music and much more.
