Chipotle Mexican Grill - Forney

They do not follow directions. The extra meat I paid for was missing from my burrito. Salsa was missing as well.

The lady who gave me my food was very nice! There was a hair in my corn salsa so I disposed of it!

Every time I come here the employees treat me very nice. Greeted with a smile and talked to with courtesy. Love it and I wish every chipotle gave service the way this place does. You can bet I’m coming back. Good job !!

Ok ok I was really trying to give this location some grace. At this point, I truly believe that whomever is over this location believes no matter what, people will still come. This is my 4th attempt to eat here in the last week and a half. 1 time no pico, 2nd time systems were down, third time another system issue, today no steak no salad ??‍. Forney is not that big but bigger enough for us to all come to the location in our neighborhood. This was built for the people, but we aren't getting served. We are getting disappointed. Yall need to do be try harder and give us what we are paying for. We should not have to worry about things not being available when this is what we want to eat. No matter what other choices we have. If I want Chipotle I want a good experience and I want to eat good.

If I could give no stars, I would. We went to this location around 6pm on Sat, Sept 2 and our first clue should have been that it was filthy. It was hot so sitting outside was not an option so we wiped down a table to eat. They were out of romaine so I was told I could not get a salad, out of white rice (told it would be 25 minutes to make it), and the steak, chicken and veggies were cold. That did it for us, we will never go to a Chipotle again. The quality at many locations is not close to what it used to be. We work too hard to spend $38 on food that was cold. We (three of us) had a few bites and threw the rest away. We are sorry that we didn't ask to speak with a manager but we can only assume there was no manager on-site since there was no romaine and no white rice. One would assume a manger would be on top of it. Like another commenter said, there are plenty of other places to eat. Stay clear of this Forney location unless you don't mind throwing money away.
