Whataburger - Forney

I ordered chicken strips and a spicy chicken sandwich and waited for 45 minutes. We were told multiple times that they were waiting on the strips and then later that they were waiting on the spicy chicken. It should not take that long to prepare two meals. Several other customers who arrived 15-20 minutes after us ended up leaving before us.

The staff at Whataburger is fantastic - always friendly and quick to respond. The food is consistently hot and fresh. Although it's never overly crowded, it's always busy. I don't visit Forney frequently, but I always make sure to stop at Whataburger when I'm in town. I believe it's worth your time too.

I want to begin by mentioning the girl in the photos, who was the most disrespectful employee I have ever encountered. Her attitude was extremely unpleasant. Following her was Brittney, who I believe is the manager tonight. The food was supposed to be ready at 10:40, but it is now 11:20 and they have not even started on mobile orders. They are also not serving breakfast, causing 3 customers to leave. It is clear that none of the employees want to be working tonight, and their lack of enthusiasm is evident.

I am to blame for this because I actually waited in the drive thru this evening for an hour and 30min! funny story my car was backed in to by a truck 3 weeks ago i got my new bumper on and picked my car up today the person in front in the drive thru linedidnt want to wait any longer and backed up his car in to my new bumper. waited 40min in line to get the menu to be told theycant serve breakfast its after 11:00 btw then they tell me they can make my order so i wait i finally get up to the window theguy at the window gives me the wrong shake i let him know that he takes the shake and turns around 10min later a lady comes tothe window and asks if need something i said yeah my shake! get home the tortillas on my taquitos were so stale you couldnt eveneat wasted over an hour plus 20 bucks and a minor accident. Got there at 1am and ordered. Didn't get our food till 2am. There wasn't anyway to get out of the drive-thru. Forney Whataburger is probably the worst Whataburger I've ever been to.
