Wendy's - Forrest City

Was one of the worst trips I’ve had at a Wendy’s ever. Food was nasty and burnt. Buns were blackened burnt. Lettuce was brown and wilted. Cold fries. Overall bad

The baked potato looked like it was cook last week. They offered to give me new ones but baby they look worst than the first 2 I ordered so I just requested a refund

When you order a combo and it looks nothing like the picture..the burger wasent even warm mabey room temperature no lettuce no tomatoes 2 crumbs of bacon and 2 pickles 2 strings of onions but it has extra sauce on there...

The wait time was long, the sandwiches were cold, the fries were old. The only saving grace was the cashier was friendly.

Went yesterday around 2:30pm. We were served however an old couple came in and the girl at the counter says Oh they drove past all the other places to come out here, they ain’t gonna ruin my high. So she went and told them it will be 35 mins because everyone is on break. I have never been anywhere that everyone goes on break at the same time. She was just rude and loud enough I am sure the manager could hear, in fact the manager left the building as well. They all need training or firing.
