Outstanding places to eat. Kelly park and splash pad with put put golf course. When they have entertainment, it's awesome. It is kid friendly.

Very cool environment! They have speakers outside that play good music that matches the ambience. So many selections of stores where you can enjoy a day out with family or by yourself. Military friendly and have very cool stores for out of town travelers where you can buy souvenirs. Definitely recommend the Philly Cheese Steak in the indoor cafeteria.

An assortment of food to pick from, kiosks close early but the exchange and food court stay open. Outdoor fountain is a great spot for the kids to run around and cool off.

We've been on Fort Bliss for 2 and a half years. This is the best mall on any military base I've been on in my 10 years active duty. Fantastic stores available, good environment, and great aesthetic.

Great place to go and shop as long as you are not on a budget. The stores are name brand stores and places on the military installation that is mostly made up of military personnel that are not paid enough to simply pay for these types of products. While they give discounts for military personnel they are not much better than what you can find online sometimes better online. It is a great effort to have these organizations made available for the military on base rather than going off base but they need to be made more economically practical for those that they are there for.
