Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fort Bragg

Ordered online.....picked it up and opened it and it was just thrown in the box. The bottom was burnt and the end pieces didn't have any chicken in it. What a waste of money. No pride was taken when putting this food together.

I've arrived at 0750 and they told me it was closed.

The employees are extremely rude and lazy, and the manager( the one with the green shirt is the worse).They will sit and talk to each other while the customers are looking at them. When you have a business where the customers are asking you to do your job while you are talking, and fixing your fake eye lashes, you have a problem. This is one of the places that need to be closed.

I worked here for a month and in that month I found that there is no respect for coworkers or even customers. They goof around and aren't productive whatsoever. I was the youngest one there and was probably the most mature one. I did my best to pick up the slack but got yelled at for it. I only talked to my manager about the negative, unproductive, and unprofessional work environment and she was rude toward me and got kicked out because I was trying to be polite but straight forward about the issues I saw growing.I believed that it was pertinent that the customers were satisfied with their service. When I worked there I had to buy a new dish brush because the one that they were using was worn out and had mold on it. I even witnessed one of my co-worker get a customers number and heard they had hooked up that next day. But I went out of my way to help and in the end I knew that it was not going to get better so I left because It was not a structured or well managed place. I knew I did not want to be seen working in such a place.

They got rid of their good workers and reduced staff. Wait times are insane now even for online now
