Bidra med feedbackThe only issue I have with this location is that the drive-thru process seems terribly inefficient. Whenever there's a long line of cars waiting at the ordering speaker, there's often no one at the pickup window. Can’t this location manage to take orders and serve them simultaneously? It would be so much quicker for customers if they could address this. Instead, you pull up to the speaker, they ask you to wait, and you can see the staff at the window taking payment and handing out food. Only after the car leaves do they tell you to proceed. Please find a way to improve this and speed up the service!
The staff at this restaurant seem to struggle with even the simplest tasks. I've ordered a bacon and cheese sandwich multiple times, and I still haven't received either ingredient. It's hard to believe that no one has been let go or retrained for such consistent mistakes.
The food is great, and I've never had any problems with missing items or incorrect orders. However, the drive-thru service tends to be a bit slow.
I'm giving this restaurant a 1-star rating due to the extremely low number of staff. When I went to pick up food for my kids and myself, there was only one employee in the entire place. She was managing the register, preparing food, and ensuring orders were delivered on time—all by herself. This is unacceptable. Where were the other employees and the managers? It was 1:13 PM on September 16, 2022, and the restaurant was busy, especially for a Friday. No one should have to handle everything alone in such a hectic environment. The management should be embarrassed. On a positive note, the employee I encountered (I didn't catch her name) was doing an incredible job under pressure. She deserves a raise and recognition for her hard work and dedication.
