Ordered wings, Was missing some. Order freeze lemonade with strawberry. Wasn't mixed. Just go to another Popeyes. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Every time we order online there’s a problem. From the sauces missing after paying for extra to completely wrong orders being received. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30

Lazy workers— The hours listed says they’re closed at 6pm. But, the drive thru/food is already packed up by 5pmthis is an outrage. I don’t know who manages these places on base but it’s unprofessional. 6pm means you stop serving food at 6pmnot an hour early so you can sit on your phone for that last hour making TikTok’s in the break room. I’ve contacted the corporate office and have taken videos of this on numerous occasions. Management has been contacted. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Won't say who I am or who my wife is, but she started working there and I've came to learn that the manager there is very disrespectful to employees, like yelling and just overall getting mad. It's very unprofessional on how to run a team, and that is why they can't keep people. Especially since you have teenagers at that job. That is so wrong in showing how a job works. I don't respect people that yell at your employees and that's why you lose them. Especially disrespecting my wife. This is more of a outrage than anything. Don't get me wrong Popeyes is a pretty dope place to eat a little expensive but the right place it's a great experience. But not there. Not where a manager is yelling at employees and teenagers. That's not how a manager should be. I hope things gets fixed there, sadly wife is not going to be working there very much longer.
