Comfort Inn Wytheville Fort Chiswell

The inn is lovely, featuring spacious rooms and a welcoming staff. The breakfast is enjoyable as well.

Krystal and the night shift staff member (I apologize for not catching her name) were both professional and provided excellent service. The room was fantastic and exactly as described on the website.

I was located right across from the elevator and stairs, but I didn’t hear a thing from either one. It was a really quiet and pleasant room.

Wow, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the place itself was lovely. Everyone received a discount due to the snowstorm, which was a nice touch. We arrived at 1 a.m. after being stuck in traffic for hours while trying to find gas—that’s a whole story in itself, but I won’t go into it! Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality!

We stopped at this Comfort Inn on our way to North Carolina to visit my new grandson, and the staff was very friendly. However, our return trip to Missouri was a different experience. We chose to stay at the same hotel again, but when we arrived, the receptionist informed us that their computers were down and she couldn’t provide us with a room. We then called the nearest Comfort Inn, and even though they had the same issue, they managed to accommodate us. I’m left wondering why this Comfort Inn couldn’t do the same.
