Jersey Mike's Subs - Fort Collins

While they were short staff and a little behind to make orders, our food was still great. I love the fresh meat right in front of you. Staff were friendly and went through lunch as soon as possible. It was a great experience. The interior was beautiful, clean and comfortable!

I've never been let down by Mike's until now. This experience felt like Mom Pop decided to run a fast food restaurant with no idea how to. Pop wrote your order down and handed it off to a young woman who looked like a deer in headlights. I proceeded on to Mom at the register and had to tell her what I had ordered. A woman in line before us was still waiting after we got our sandwiches. Turned out I got her sandwich...not the bread I ordered. So 2 medium sandwiches and 1 mini 2 drinks and a generous tip. I was out $40. and got sick as well.

Prices are ridiculous. Regular subs have gone from 8.99 to 10.99 in just a couple months. Giants are now $20 EACH. No sub is worth $20 by itself, and even when you do order food the staff does a sloppy job with poor attitudes. I will not be returning.

Girlfriend ordered gluten free sub (she has an autoimmune disease) they gave her gluten filled sub instead even though she asked twice for gluten free. Tried calling but no answer, too tired to keep trying. Please reach out.

You just have a new redesign at this point. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy a famous Mike's Way Sandwich. From all locations in Northern Colorado we are by far my favorite. I added the #8 Mikes Way Pickles. Bread is always well cooked, fresh ingredients and service with a smile. Very clean location and get the points to work up to a free sandwich.
