Bidra med feedbackA couple weeks back I came into this silvermine to get a sub for my wife, we opened the sandwich in the parking lot and it was SOAKING wet. I went back in and asked them if they could put the ingredients on another piece of bread that isn’t drenched and he said “no we will just make you another” so I tossed it in the trash. They made a new one and he rudely said the best they could do is 10% off the second sandwich. I walked out, I’ve emailed silvermine to try and fix this and they ghosted me. I’m not done with this, I want a sandwich like I paid for and I won’t give up until that happens.
Wow I had a great experience with one of your drivers. I think his name was Alex. He was hilarious and helped me get through a bad day.
This location has disappointed me plenty of times, the loveland locatin is a lot more quality

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any business in Fort Collins!I called the deli to ask about costs associated with delivery. Immediately the woman on the phone was condescending and when I asked her what the cost of a large sandwich was, she immediately laughed and said ugh, oh my God . I could not believe how rude she was to a customer asking basic questions that are not listed on their menu.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SILVERMINE AGAIN THANKS TO HER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!
