Suehiro Japanese - Fort Collins

The food was excellent and paired perfectly. I chose the chef's selection of vegetarian rolls, and they were fantastic.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was amazing! I'm not a sushi girl, but I LOVE a lot of their other options like the sesame chicken and spicy beef Teriyaki. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We previously always went to Suehiro’s and loved it! Although, under the new management the overall taste has significantly dropped. The floors were super dirty, the sushi rolls all fell flat, and the time for getting them was super long. I hope they improve over time because we used to love it!

Brandon was our server, and he prepared us some beautiful and delicious sushi. They treated us like family, and I will definitely return again and again. Huge shoutout to the team for being so accommodating. 5 out of 5 stars – highly recommend!

My mother and I discovered Suehiro about a year ago, and we still go together whenever we can. The sushi is fantastic, and we are both huge fans of the dynamite bowl. We each get our own every time we visit, and we always leave feeling full and satisfied! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. If we have to wait a little longer for our food, they’ll often offer us an extra soup bowl as a courtesy. The prices for sushi are the lowest we’ve found, and we prefer Suehiro over any other restaurant. We visit so often that the employees recognize us and know our usual orders when we pay in cash. Going to Suehiro has become a special tradition for my mom and me, and I hope you get to experience it too!
