Bidra med feedbackWe are not allowed on the Fort Drum base, so I don't know about the food and service. So we're going to Syracuse to solve our problem! Of course, the Watertown economy does not help.
Normally I love Popeyes, but this time didn't go so well. We were missing two of our sides for the family size meal. Happy to say the manager was pleasant and assured me they will make it right.
There was nothing over the top about the visit, or any visit for that matter (I have eaten here twice but tried about four times). They were not offering what I wanted although the team member did make a recommendation. The inside always looks clean (although the cleaning products are out in plain sight). I was satisfied enough that I will come back again however, the hours are whack...this is a military installation, they close at seven during the week and five on the weekend! WHOA You advertise a new side item, rarely have it in stock, charge $1+ more than the regular sides and give less?something doesn?t add up here! On another note...Popeyes should really bring back corn and green beans for those customers who don't want a whole meal of carbs. I will give a shout out to cahier Simone. She was trying to manage the line I think though that there should be more than one cashier during rush hour. Just a thought?
The employee that was running the drive thru today around 12:45 had an attitude. The customer service was not good. It seemed to me like she just wanted me to take my food and leave because she didn?t wanna be there at work or even wanted to help remotely. She closed the window so fast I could even simply ask for a spoon because I ordered potato?s. I would think that it is common sense to put a spoon in with peoples orders. But no they throw the food in and toss it out the window and don?t ask customers if there is anything else they need. She was just very inconsiderate. She needs to have a better attitude or maybe go find a different job or maybe even learn some better skills as a human being respectful. Potato?s weren?t fresh it tasted like they had been sitting out and the chicken wasn?t really hot. It was kinda warm but it also seemed like it was kinda setting it the box as well. Also for as slow as they were taking orders the food definitely should of been way fresher.
They should hire more considerate employees that makes sure customers get everything they asked for. I see why so many gave 1 star. It really deserves 1 star. Plus they put plastic in the Cole slaw ??
