Garrisons Grill - Fort Erie

I ordered a salad that they never make. This time it came without any dressing and was missing 3 other ingredients. It's just a salad, nothing complicated. When my husband asked if they could remake it, the middle-aged woman who made the food rudely insisted that there was nothing wrong with it and refused to make a new one. Not very professional. We asked for a refund. The man at the counter kindly offered to make a new salad, but the woman making the food refused and insisted on giving us our money back. (It might have been cheaper for them to make a new salad and give us our money back, but oh well). So we left with the money for the salad that my husband had originally ordered. You would think that the sub would be correct. Wrong. It had tomatoes even though I didn't ask for them. My husband decided to just eat it since it wasn't a big deal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service.

I really enjoy their sandwiches, but I find that some of the prices are a bit high. They offer a wide variety of both hot and cold options. Don't forget to leave room for some Baklava!

The subs are delicious and they offer daily specials. The service is okay, but the atmosphere is nice and casual with cozy benches and tables. The portion sizes are generous.

We always have the grilled Veggie Sub and fresh cuts. Very tasty, everything is fresh and plentiful.

Food was great. Had to bring half to go...gyro was amazing. I'll definitely be returning. The family who owns is it's pleasant as well
