Burger King - Fort Hood

As far as fast food goes this is a good place to grab a bite. I ordered a original chicken sandwich meal. It was put together correctly and service with a smile.

The lady taking my order was just so rude she rolled her eyes at me when I asked to add one more thing to my order. Also I went back up to get my cups and I patiently waited until I could get her attention and I asked nicely if I can get my cups at least and she had such an attitude and I just walked away cause apparently getting cups was just asking for to much. I only get my cup because of two nice women who was happen they spoke up and got the cups for me. I get they are short handed but I was being nice I wasn’t rushing and she can’t give out the same.

I went at a slow time and it was super clean. The service was friendly, especially Alivia. Good food.

Why does it take 15 years to order through drive thru here? Especially when there are no cars in the drive thru, why should it be a wait time or to be told to hold.
