I wanna say thank you to Sarah for making my burrito, she even made sure it was wrapped properly after it had exploded, can't say the same to the other 2-3 employees standing around the sink during everything except helping her.

Not good. The elderly woman who works there ripped my burrito while rolling it and tried to pretend like she didn 't notice. When I pointed it out she essentially tried to blame it on me for choosing too many toppings (black beans, brown rice, steak, corn, jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream). I 've ordered burritos from QDOBA with FAR more ingredients and they managed to roll it without ripping it. She didn 't even offer to double roll it for me. She half-jokingly tells me you 're just gonna have to eat with a fork and pops one in the bag. I didn 't really trust her to rectify the situation so I held my tongue, but if I wanted to eat my meal with a fork I would have just ordered a burrito bowl. I would definitely recommend that management schedule some retraining for her on both meal preparation and customer service.

I was at the establishment on 04/04/2023 around 1700 hrs. and the short Caucasian female had a nasty attitude and barely was putting food into the bowl and was extremely unfriendly towards me as a retired Veteran I WILL NOT SPEND ANY MONEY THEIR AGAIN.
