Salad bar was incredible Meats were good as usual Parking was a bit of a problem The valet company was sort staffed The rug is starting to smell funny It needs shampooing or to be changed

We have been to Chima about a dozen times over the years and this visit was on a calmer night, Tuesday; and our service with Karen was terrific. Service is always good, sometimes a little less responsive when it is very busy; but this evening's service was superlative. They cleared dirty plates quickly without any prompting, replacing with clean plates. We requested extra creamed potatoes since sometimes it takes a while to get them replenished and Karen brought us 2 orders right away and the extra water and iced tea with the extra glasses of ice; right away; so we never had to chase them down. She asked if we had any preferences and we asked for lamb chops and pineapple and they came promptly. Sometimes you have to wait for those too. All in all superlative service and experience!!
