Lil Red's Cookin' - Fort Lauderdale

I've been going to this bbq restaurant for 13 years. eating is tasty, their prices are reasonable and their staff is helpful. I can't believe that the same staff was there since I started years ago. must be a good place to work. full of local and touristic. there can be a waiting period during the midday, but that tells them that their BBQ sauce is good. I like her BBQ chicken with fries and black-eyed heels.

Since 1991 in lil reds. but this last time it was the spicy Bbq sauce delicious and the extra spiced pommes were fresh and hot. when the staff was very friendly and attentive. it is one of the local places that have been close for years. large family atmosphere

Been here for breakfast and lunch. Now finally for dinner. Chicken Rib Combo with cold slaw and French fries 12.49.. Good chicken but the St. Louis ribs style are small (4 long). Good flavor but tough. 1/4 Chicken had good flavor and was cooked thru. Meat not too heavy on the smoke, which is good for me. I love their fries and the slaw was good. Iced tea 1.89 with free refills. With tax, 15.24.. I'll be back..

This place should be listed as Li 'L Red 's Country Cookin ' and BBQ Finally made it here for lunch. I have been here for breakfast several times with friends and it is always good but first time for lunch. Good selection and prices. I had a sliced bbq pork sandwich on Texas toast with 2 sides for $6.95 and a large sweet iced tea. Very good and plenty of meat. Server was friendly and always there to make sure everything was fine. Everything I saw others eating looked very good. When in the area, I will go back.

Have only had breakfast here several times with friends. Always good food at a good price. Many food choices and combos. They are very busy on weekends so the service could be better. Maby not enough servers. Tricky to get into if you are going east on hwy 84. It is just east of I95 interchange and you have to make a U turn at the first light to come back to it.
