Timpano Las Olas - Fort Lauderdale

We had a wonderful experience at Timpano on Las Olas. The service from Madison was attentive and helpful. She checked in with me about my food allergies and made sure what I ordered was prepared without allergens. The appetizers we chose were fantastic! We’d recommend the arancini and skillet mussels. Both were phenomenal with a twist on the typical preparations. Coming from an Italian family with two outstanding cooks as parents, I typically have a hard time finding food that surpasses what I’m accustomed to at home. Timpano did it! The cavatelli was perfectly seasoned and so tender! I only wish I had room for dessert!

The food was great, from the appetizers to main entrees and desserts all were on point, unfortunately, we had waitress that made our dining experience less pleasurable than on prior visits.

Loved the vibe. Delicious food. Great cocktails wonderful server. Can’t wait to come back.

I always enjoy everything I have when I come to Timpano. I was just a little annoyed because we ordered the parm to table and it was cold. Not sure if this is specific to the this dish :
