Hachi Sushi - Fort Lee

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic sushi restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that impressed me was the high quality of the sushi. Each piece was beautifully presented and incredibly fresh, showcasing the chef’s expertise and attention to detail. Excellent sushi. Way above average quality. Expensive. Air conditioner should have been higher on a hot muggy day. For some reason they serve free hot green tea instead of ice water and I was already uncomfortably warm. Other than that it was Excellent food.Food: 5/5

Excellent sushi and spring rolls! Everything was fresh. Worth the stop.

I ordered salmon Terriyaki lunch box. The shumai and California roll was ok. The salmon was deep fried instead of grilling and dipped in teriyaki sauce. That's not the way teriyaki should be.Before I ordered shrimp Teriyaki and the same thing happened . Deep fried shrimp dipped in Teriyaki sauce. What a disappointment.

Great sashimi and sushi. Cant get any fresher! Quality fish.Food: 5/5
