Dustin took my order by phone for an urn surround for our mother's funeral/memorial. I wasn't sure of what i wanted, but he gave me suggestions. It was delivered promptly on the morning of the memorial, and it was jaw-dropping beautiful, beyond our expectations! The flowers were fresh and the variety was outstanding. A church worker said he had never seen such a beautiful unique arrangement around an urn in all of his 20+ years! Janet was so helpful. She stayed to arrange the flowers pictures on the altar.Truely professional talented business.!

Excellent customer service may be a lost art. However, when it is given, it must be properly honored. Therefore, I must extend that honor and appreciation to The Gallery of Flowers South at 214 Spratt St, Fort Mill, SC 29715. On February 23, my sister and I wanted to send flowers to the family of a dearly departed friend. It was late in the day and most florist shops were close for the day except The Gallery of Flowers South. I called the number and talked to the owner who took our order. Although it was late and close to closing, the owner may arrangement for me to pickup the flowers the next morning with plenty of time to meet our schedule.
