Moe's Southwest Grill - Fort Mill

This place is always one of my family's favorites. The food is too good and the staff is as friendly as ever. The only thing is maybe clean the dining area a little more frequently but then again people should pick up after themselves too!

Thankfully this location has survived then pandemic. The service dropped very low for a while but has been recovering. I believe a new owner has acquired this Moe's. They have all the ingredients available every time I have been there. The quality has almost come back to what it used to be. The foods are served a bit too wet. This is a training issue. When the servers rush they don't strain out the excess liquid before scooping into your plate or burrito. This is the only spot I see room for improvement.

You have to learn how to roll a burrito. Absolutely garbage. There is literally no difference between the housewrecker Burrito and a normal. All you get is more tortilla. Never go back.

No one got a Welcome to Moe 's greeting at this location. Food was bland and lacked any character. Just seems Chipotle is far and away a better option at this price point. Needed tables wiped and restrooms cleaned.

Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We came late, ordered and then had an accident and spilled a drink as we were leaving. We felt so bad and tried to clean it up, they insisted it was ok and they would clean it up. In this difficult labor market, I was so grateful for kind staff that went above and beyond after our long day (and I am sure their long day! . Thank you!
