3 Pepper Burrito Company - Fort Myers

I had a nacho bowl my husband had tacos and my daughter had a quesadilla. It was all great and all the employees were very nice. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I got doordash from this location. Within 4-5 hours I was sick from it, and then my boyfriend was sick from it not long after. We both work in food so we know food poisoning when we get it. This location either had expired product on their line or their food was not up to the correct temperature, which are both valid reasons as to why we both got food poisoning. I?m not knocking this place because the flavor of the food is good, and when we were in town a few months ago we got this place and we were fine, I?m knocking it because they?re not checking dates/temps on their products which is incredibly important to food safety.

Walking into the restaurant at 10:30am was informed that they don?t open until 11am. Whatever. So I ordered online for pickup at 11:15am. It?s 11:05am they haven?t gotten my order yet, and said that it wasn?t supposed to be ready until 11:30am. But when I walked in all of the tables are dirty and there are chips on the floor. This place is dirty and nobody cleaned it from the night before how disgusting. It makes me wonder if the night crew didn?t clean is the food really safe to eat.

Used to love 3 pepper burrito. After tasting today dry chicken, water down queso and ice machine filled with mold, closing the store down 30mins before closing and being mad at costumers trying to come in to purchase food and refusing to serve them, we will never return to this place again. We felt so rushed and uncomfortable. Brought my wife and 3 kids here and $64 down the drain.

Good decent food. Much better than Chipotle or Moes. Only problem was the rice has no taste and it is brick hard.
